About SUIN
SUIN makes binders, dividers, journals, pens and folders for people who live with paper: students, teachers, office teams and journal writers.
Where SUIN began
SUIN began in 2019 as a stationery lover's complaint. Binders that looked smart cracked at the hinge by spring; the ones that lasted looked like government forms. Notebooks with a beautiful cover let ink bleed through to the next page. The fix sounded simple and took longer than expected: design office supplies that hold up and still make you want to pick them up.
We still say it in four words: Where Design Meets Purpose. Design is the color, the soft-touch cover, the clean clear overlay. Purpose is the sheet count on the ring, the 100gsm paper, the pocket where you need one.
What we make
Today the SUIN range is 24 products on 5 shelves. The largest is 3-ring binders: clear view binders from half an inch to two inches, bulk packs for classrooms and offices, an expandable-spine binder for backpacks and a mini A5 binder for planners. Next to them stand dividers with five or eight tabs, 500-packs of sheet protectors, A5 hardcover notebooks and journals, gel pens, erasable pens, fineliners, metallic pens and dry-erase markers, plastic project folders and an expanding hanging file.
The products were added in the order desks asked for them. The hardcover journal came first. Binders followed, then the dividers that go inside them, the protectors that go behind the dividers, and the pens that write on all of it.

How a SUIN binder is built
Start from the outside. The cover is polypropylene over a rigid board: PVC-free, non-stick, wipe-clean. A clear overlay runs across the front, the back and the spine, so a printed cover and a spine label slide in. Inside, round metal rings are sized to a stated sheet count, from 100 sheets on half an inch to 450 on two inches, and two pockets take what is not punched.
Dividers follow the same rules. They are polypropylene, pre-punched for any standard letter-size binder, with tabs that stand out past the paper and a pocket on every page. The insertable set takes cardstock labels you can rewrite each term.
Who we design for
A student with six subjects and one backpack. A teacher with thirty papers to hand back by Friday. A bookkeeper with a year of receipts that must be found in April. A journal keeper whose gel ink must not show through to the next page. Each of them asks a different question, and each card on our shelves answers with a number: sheets, tabs, pages, grams, millimeters.
People have left 8,941 ratings on SUIN products, at 4.7 out of 5 on average. We read them the way you would: the most-rated products stand first on every shelf of this site, so the binder thousands of people already use is the first one you see.

Color as a filing system
Color is the cheapest filing system there is. A SUIN 1-inch binder comes in fifteen single colors and in rainbow and pastel packs, and our dividers carry matching tabs. Give each subject or client one color across binder, tab and folder, and you find the right one before you read a word. The color-code planner on our home page sets it up for any number of subjects.
How we keep this site honest
Every figure on our cards comes from the product data of that item, and we update prices and options on a schedule. Claims about materials and standards are linked to the public sources that explain them, on the page about how we update this site. If you see something wrong, write to us and we fix it.
