Terms of use
Terms for using itssuin.com: what the prices, ring sizes, sheet counts and ratings mean, where orders are placed, and how to reach us.
Using itssuin.com means you accept these terms. We show SUIN office supplies and send you to buy them from our retail partner, so the terms are short.
Prices, sizes and ratings
Prices, ring sizes, sheet capacities, page counts, tip sizes and star ratings come from our last catalog update. A price can move between our update and your visit, and the one shown at checkout is the one you pay. A product that stops being offered leaves the site at the next update.
Sheet capacity is the figure printed for each binder, measured with standard 20 lb letter paper. Card stock, sheet protectors and dividers take more room, and the binder size finder on our home page shows the rule we use for them.
Orders, payment and returns
Nothing is ordered on this site, and we never see card details. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Their terms cover the sale, delivery and any return.
Using our products
Read the label on each product. Erasable gel ink reacts to heat and is not meant for signatures, checks or records you have to keep. Markers and pens are for writing and drawing, and small parts such as pen caps belong out of reach of very young children.
