How you use our pens and markers
A pen is the tool you hold longest in a day, so ours start from the hand: a silicone grip on the retractable gel pen, a soft grip on the erasable pens, and a clip that holds a planner cover. Refills come in the box, which keeps the pen you like in use.
Erasable gel ink reacts to heat. The friction eraser warms the line until it disappears. That suits planners and puzzle books and is wrong for anything you have to keep: signatures, checks, records. If writing fades in a hot car, it can come back in the cold.
For the board, the chisel-tip markers draw a 5 to 7mm headline on the flat side and a 1 to 2mm line on the edge, and wipe clean from whiteboards, glass and laminated sleeves.

Can you refill SUIN gel pens?
Yes. The retractable 0.7mm gel pens come with 5 black refills, and the erasable sets come with 6 refills in the box.
Why did your SUIN erasable pen writing disappear?
Erasable gel ink is thermo-sensitive: heat above about 131°F (55°C) clears it. Bring the page back to room temperature, or put it in a freezer for 20 to 30 minutes, and the writing usually returns.
Are SUIN fineliners waterproof?
The fineliner set uses waterproof, fade-resistant pigment ink that conforms to ASTM D-4236, so you can ink a drawing and paint over it once it is dry.
Which SUIN marker works on glass?
The chisel-tip dry-erase markers wipe clean from whiteboards, glass boards, mirrors and laminated paper sleeves.
